PRINT KING DTF – 2 YEAR SPIN & WIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Promotional prize period begins from the exact time the promotional video is uploaded/posted.
• Promotion is valid for online orders only placed through www.printkingdtf.com.
• One prize/redemption per customer, household, business or account.
• Prizes cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon code, store credit or special pricing unless stated otherwise.
• Promotion applies to DTF transfer prints only. Finished garments, UV DTF, banners, stickers, sublimation, design work, shipping and other products/services are excluded.
• Customers with an outstanding or overdue balance are not eligible to participate or redeem a prize until the balance has been paid in full.
• Promotional orders are available for Farmington Hills collection only, unless Print King DTF specifically states otherwise.
• Same-day completion is not guaranteed, even where the prize or promotion is time-limited.
• The promotional time limit determines when the order must be placed, not when the order will be completed or collected.
• Orders must be fully paid and successfully submitted online within the prize time window to qualify.
• Orders placed before the video goes live or after the applicable prize period expires will not qualify.
• Any artwork submitted must be print-ready. Artwork corrections, redraws, background removal or other design services may incur additional charges and are not included in the prize.
• Normal Print King DTF artwork, sizing, color and print-quality policies still apply.
• Free gang sheet prizes are limited to the stated size only and have no cash value.
• Percentage discounts apply only to eligible DTF print products and do not apply to taxes, additional fees or excluded services.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a different prize.
• Customers may not create multiple accounts, split orders or use another person’s details in order to claim more than one prize.
• Cancelled or refunded orders will result in the promotional prize/discount being forfeited.
• Print King DTF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any redemption involving suspected misuse, duplicate claims, fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion.
• Print King DTF is not responsible for website, internet, payment-processing or customer device issues that cause an order to be submitted after the promotional period has ended.
• Collection must take place during normal collection availability. Completion times will depend on current production volume.
• By placing a promotional order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
• Print King DTF reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, stock availability, production problems or circumstances outside our control.
